About This Experience

US2U runs the version of this trip that removes every extra charge. Round-trip transport from sixteen central meeting points is included, and so are all Everglades park fees — for US and non-US visitors alike. That second point is worth more than it looks, because the National Park Service now applies an additional non-resident surcharge at its own gates, and tours that leave park entry to you can become noticeably more expensive on the day.

The airboat run is around 45 minutes with a licensed park ranger aboard, crossing wetland where alligators, wading birds and turtles are the ordinary sightings. Back at the landing there is a short wildlife introduction at the sanctuary, and free time for the snack bar, restrooms and gift shop before the return leg.

A group souvenir photo is included. Do note that airboat type varies with weather, heat and how busy the day is, so the boat may or may not be covered — sun protection is not optional here.
